Reagan's 100th birthday just passed by. There was various articles on his legacy. It led me to feel that Reagan doesn't really have a legacy of his own. Even during the Presidency, I had the feeling that people imposed their ideals of him on him, regardless of whether they migth be his ideals.
After his departure, there almost immediately began an effort to get things named after him, such as National Airport in Washington DC.
